I should have dug deeper before asking the question. The Chip Rack gives the statistics for "general use chips". Doing the math, 82% stayed the same, 13% increased, and 5% decreased in value comparing the ninth to the tenth edition. I can average the values (letter values) to get an AVERAGE chip price and go from there. Granted; it will not have the proper weighting of the sample or be statisically meaningful, but it will be better than what I had. Thanks for jump-starting my thinking cap.
