the photo I have of the USPC page shows 8 different colors, (Maybe the blues are faded some to look light???). It was ordered by/shipped to H C Evans, Chicago Ill. [the very big gambling supply house], shipped March 26, 1925. The records are incomplete. The Fla Palms might be the name in gambling supply catalogs -- I don't remember; I'd have to look., probably yes. --- I just looked, they were sold as crest and seal "Florida Palm" in H C Evans catalog. They were generic. Anyone could buy them. Sold all over. Fairly common
