my 2 cents Jim, your auction was fine. I have seen a heck of a lot more vague descripts than yours. "rare $1 chip, excellent condition....nearly new!" How many times have you seen that?? Sadly you are just dealing w/ an Ebay rookie. We've all been there.

As for Ebay removing a neutral. From past exp. they usually won't remove a neutral because they say it doesn't affect your feedback score. Even though it really pisses you off
