This individual's response to you, in leaving the neutral feedback, acknowledged the fact that they were $.25 tokens. What he had hoped for or how he "saw" them are his problem, not yours (until now!) I would go to Ebay Resolution Center and request that the feedback be withdrawn.

As was mentioned earlier in this thread, this person demonstrates a "less-than-positive" attitude and perception of other auctions as well. I just put his name on MY blocked list!
