To really be fair..YES offer a full refund and if you do have $ tokens in stock send him a list with a scan of the tokens. This would let him know you are trying to make the deal good. As they say the customer is always right......but sometimes they are not. Ive been in the mail order business for over 50 years and let me tell you there are some real nuts out there. But 99% are really good people. Many people do get things mixed up but when they see you are trying to make it good they become a good customerfor future sales.
