I get these all the time ... as I'm sure others do as well. No cancellation at all on the first .17 center.

Here's a trick that some folks have tipped me off about. Don't put the stamps all the way to the right of the envelope. Put them in the center ... or underneath each other. Many times they will arrive at the distant end uncancelled. Yeah, I know, technically it's illegal to re-use these stamps ... It's like finding a quarter in the tray of a slot machine (when they used to accept coins). Technically, it belongs to the casino.
