Today I mailed two personal chips because I wanted somebody to have them. They owed me nothing for them. Yet I put them in a bubble envelope. Postage was 1.30. That's just the way I ship chips. Sometimes I use a new envleope somtimes I reuse old ones. Just my 2 cents.
