It was a suprise getting an email from you before the convention asking to meet and have a cigar together. Then meeting on the night I got there ( a first for me not to gamble the first day and meeting the guy from Canada who never seen a mexican, LOL ) At this years convention, after my first convention where I didn't reaaly associate with many people, I enjoyed the whole experience alot better and made the convention seem more like a reunion. I enjoyed have a beer at the Splashbar with Brian and Chuck, breakfast at the Peppermill with Doug, Tom, Mark and Myrna as well as Greg's get together at the Palms and the Banquet. The part of the convention I would say makes the club and it's friendships special happened the night of the banquet when Shoop had been told of the bad news back home. I seen many people take the time to see if he and Nancy were OK and try to help in any way they could. That is what true friendships are all about.
