Great tip Doug! But on the other end is the person who mummifies the chip to where opening the package is like performing an autopsy. Sometimes there's so much extra bubble wrap around the chip that I've been able to reuse it, even after I've cut all the tape off. I also reuse most of the mailers I recieve, and I do like your idea of cutting them up for wrapping the chips.

I hope you plan on publishing all your Tips in a booklet much like Sheldon did a while back with his treatises.
