I see many collector's with some interesting promo style items for sale on their sites and in pictures from conventions which leads me to ask:

Do casinos...some or many...have annual sell offs or garage sales to get rid of items which they may no longer have a use for, or of things that are no longer promoted? If so,is there ample warning for people to show up to buy or is it simply placed in the "garage sale" section of the local rag?
