Does anybody know of a TV listings site that will save favorites and provide e-mail notifications when a particular show or movie appears on the horizon? I've looked at the TV Guide site and Zap2it, but they don't do any sort of notification. I also don't want to spring for TIVO or pay a fee. (Yes, I'm cheap!)

There was a site in operation a few years ago that allowed the user to do this sort of thing, but it changed to a pay site, and I think it's shut down since then.
