He's not a collector of any sort, just a Reno history nut with a bunch of oldtimers in Reno he mines for information. Think he was from CA. Never really got any sort of exchange going with the guy but the site is very very good. The compendiumn of information on LF, The Chesterfield Mob and the Purple Gang is "must" reading for Midwest Illigalistas and Nevada Club enthusiasts, all tied together and delineated for easy reference.
