I once had a bunch (30-40) H&C warped chips come in a chip lot. All I used to fix them was a flat plate and a microwave.

The first few I put in too long and I ended up with a bunch of melted chips I made a clay ball out of. Eventually I got it right and ended up straightening out about 35 chips that I use for poker games.
