Bar Keepers Friend does a good job of cleaning tokens and also removes rust stains. I've used it to clean tokens with great results. I also made a paste of it with a little water and cleaned some old poker chips - again with great results.

I don't know about silver strikes, since everything I've read on cleaning silver strikes specifically says not to use chemical cleaners. Other than using a soft cloth, I've never attempted to clean my silver strikes.
