Guess i wasnt alone, i waited a while before i gave him the Red beauty mark in hopes of still receiving the Casino Chip. No Luck. Pay pay told me i was due a refund as soon as the seller had sufficient funds in his account and that looks to be never, Oh well !! Many great transactions and my first bad experience is a long time. I still say Ebay has helped my collection quite a bit over the years
