The Las Vegas Advisor has the following report about the Nevada Palace. Can anyone confirm this? If it's true, I guess the chips are now obsolete.

•November 8, 2007 Nevada Palace Prepares for Closure We've received an unconfirmed report that the buffet and entire pit at the Nevada Palace has closed in preparation for the site's transformation into the new 16-story Cannery East property, scheduled to open next summer. Apparently, the daily 10 a.m. poker tournament's still taking place, at least for now. We'll keep you posted as we receive further details.
