Also when you use the Mircrosoft screen capture the command is "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"Print Screen" Hold down the "Ctrl" and the "Shift" key at the same time then press the "Print Screen" key. Then when you go to another application (Word, PowerPoint) you can paste it into the document.
