GPI has been in the process of removing lead from their chips for quite some time.
New 77 sample color sets reflect this. New samples are on a different mold, RHC. The process changes colors slightly.
I am not taking up for them, just stating the facts.
Not all colors had lead to begin with.

One fact is, the Endy's moved their plant to Mexico many years ago. One reason was they wanted to beat the US law on lead.
