Now suppose...
I bought a scarce chip a month ago.No chip has arrived.No insurance was offered.I suggested that the chip be sent by registered mail since I was being charged $3.75?? for postage anyway. It was sent by regular mail and seems to have gone missing.Seller has perfect feedback,is very reliable.... AND has offered to send a full refund,which was very kind of him. BUT... really though....who would be responsible in this case if the seller was not so accomodating?....Opinions please.
As an aside,I have had well over 2500 transactions on eBay over the past 8 years or so and have NEVER had an item go missing UNTIL I started to collect chips.Since that time in a few short months ago I have now had two chips not arrive.Hmmmm...weirdorama.
