Ok so last time I was in Vegas, July 2-4. My wife and I went out to the Red Rock casino in the morning. We got a spot right up front by the doors. Signed up for the "club" which was easy. The dealers and staff were amazingly friendly. We were asked for our cards at every table. When I mentioned the whole rating thing, and how I did not think it mattered since we were not betting $25 dollars a hand, I was told they rate everyone. We played craps,baccarat, roulette, and I think pai-gow or four card poker. The place was clean and very prettyand everyone made us feel like we were the only people in the room. Of course at that hour we might have been. We did not stay there, but I definately rate this a must visit on every trip.
