Red Rock is a great off strip property. Thsy have everything the strip casinos have but without all the bells and whistles. As fas as dining goes; T-Bones is their steakhouse, expensive but good. My wife likes Tides, their seafood restaurant. We actually eat at their Mexican restaurant tonight, very good food and affordable. I hope this helps...
