I decided this evening to put some license plates on ebay.
Now I haven't sold on ebay for a couple of years.
I went in and set up my auction. when I got to payment method, the only thing they would let me put in there was PayPal. I don't have a Paypal account, and I don't want one.

Is this the only way I can sell on ebay again?
If so, when did this policy go into effect?
Any help appreciated.
