Ebay auctions should clearly state if the image is "a representative scan" or the actual chip someone will receive. Unfortunately, anything you post on the internet is subject to being "stolen." You don't exactly have a trademark right on a picture of your chips unless you file for such a right and are awarded such TM-trademark status. There is an ebayer named ral57 who today refused to answer questions about the status of one of his current images scanned on ebay supposedly representing his chips. So, I stopped tracking all 5 of his auctions I had been tracking. I refuse to do business with anyone who hides or misrepresents anything.
