as you say in your emails to Gene (Posted on the board) and your comments on several occations, why not just let it go.

You dont like Gene and He doesnt like you. So be it. Why continue to antagonize the situation by continuously adding fuel to the fire? It does not matter if you try to pay a compliment, save money on his auto insurance or save him from being hit by a car. The way Gene sees it is that he would like you to refrain from responding to his posts.

I know exactly how he feels as there is a member or two I feel the same way about.

Now, you have the right to do whatever you want, and you are correct, you can not care a bit about what people think of you. But my advice is why push it? Its not worth it unless your goal is to annoy Gene. You gain nothing by pushing the situation.

I think that Steve Bedo gave you excellent advice.

You have been requested by a club member (In a fairly polite way) to refrain from making posts in answer to them. Why not "Rise above" and just let it go? Say whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want, but just dont reply to that one members post. Is there any harm in that?

I sincerely hope you rethink your position on this.
