I would suggest you check directly with Ebay. You don't have to have accept a credit card or debit card to list on ebay. Or at least I and a number of other I know do not. If your auction was in fact cancelled you would not find it still "listed" on Ebay. Ebay has been over run by scammers pretending to "the Ebay" and asking to update you account/peresonnel info. I would suggest caution!!
