No idea about the latter question. Never played there, but I am sure this board has many who have that may reply on that point.
The Chip Rack (which you should buy) lists chips in a Value Code Legend so you can get an idea the estimated worth of a chip.
A ($1-2)
B ($3-4)
C ($5-9)...etc etc
F just happens to be as I described and the + sign means the market is going higher than posted values. The book is about $62 bucks. I highly recommend it as a good reference tool. Buy the book from the authors if you can. I bought mine from Michael Knapp (other authors are Allan Myers and Ernest Wheelden) and I asked him to personalize it for me. I had him sign: "For Steve - The Best Poker Player I never met!" And then he added "Hope this helps with your collection, Michael Knapp 2/05".
