Torre was never a winner until he came to the team that bought the talent. ARod is one of the best pure hitters in baseball...you get to the post season and he hits like a grandmother. Mattingly is the only real loss here...to the Yankees. Ready or not he deserved a shot.....The Dodgers always had a great farm system...he can mold young talent. The less costly of the three...he's the key to the future of the Dodgers. If he follows Torre you may have a lot to cheer about in the future.
