for bringing up the potential problems that might ensue with the I.R.S. if the Club elects to change its name. The potential dangers have been discussed ad infinitum in the past by yourself, Eric Rosenblum and past Club officers. Most newer members are probably not aware of the potential problems. Also, most newer members are not aware that Eric Rosenblum put three years of his personal time getting the 401(c)(3) status for the Club. As you can attest, THAT WAS NO SMALL ACCOMPLISHMENT!! With your permission I will cut and past your response and repost it on the Club's BB. I will ask the BOD to consider permanently including this information somewhere in the Club's web site.
