Your idea has been done by many collectors and I am sure there are a few including the most recent (Ron Lammer) than can advise. With the numbers, 7, 7 & 9, it is highly unlikely you will be able to find denominational chips with these numbers. More than likely you will have to go the way of Roulettes. You may even have to go to foreign roulettes to find a table #9. Try to contact guys like Norm Clem or Barry H as those guys have a LOT or roulettes.

Its a great idea and the folds at Tiny treasures can even frame them for you to make a spectacular display.
