1. You did offer it for sale
2. The high bidder at the time was the one you sold it to.
3. The other potential bidders had the opportunity but not the b@lls to belly up to the bar and make a bid.

I always treat the others I deal with on eBay as a professional business. I feel if there is something listed it may be sitting in a store as well, I know I have done that. One must understand that this is an open market not your very own playground to pick and choose. For those of you who feel you are the ethics police, grow up and get over it! When David listed it you had your chance to make the bid. Just because you got caught with your pants down is not an ethics violation.
