I have an EBAY feedback of 720 with over 1500 transactions and I would find it very hard to understand how anyone could translate this into an ethics violation. It all seems very straight forward. The only way I could see an issue - is if you were good friends with this buyer and wanted to steer it in his direction and make sure that he won. Barring that, I would say "Oh, Well - That's how the cookie crumbles".
