When I travel, I take along a flat rate box and send my chips back to me - it's cheaper and easier than paying the excess luggage charge my discount airline imposes, and I don't have to worry about airport security ripping my bags open to figure out why I have long cylinders in my luggage. (I roll them in paper - like coins - to keep them from rubbing against each other in transit)
