Here in Escondido my PO was open Mon morning, closed 1 PM to 2 PM for lunch and shut down for the day at 3 PM, all due to lack of staff, only 2 people in out of about a normal staff of about 6. Tues they were closed all day. Wed and Thurs they were open. Staff had a hard time getting in to work, and mail trucks had a hard time getting the mail dist. due to road closures. Also no deliveries in burned out and evac. areas.
