I bought this on eBay recently. I have not received it yet.

If anyone is familar with this layout ... Was there more than (1) of these made/used.
Are the betting places "Guitar Pics" w/ a bondage mask inside of them? It looks like that in the pic but I can not tell for sure.

Anything you can tell me about it ... more than the eBay ad (link attached) will be appreciated.
