You have to watch the Dell outlet computers, some of them are turds that customers have returned to Dell for various reasons! I bought a refurb desktop two years ago from them for approximately $300 and soon found out why I got such a good deal. It's a dog, it drives me nuts but it suits my teenage daughter's purposes which consist of chatting with friends and updating/changing her My Space page on an almost daily basis. So if I were to buy another Dell refurb I would call them up and ask some questions about the particular system I was interested in.
