First of all, the .999 fine silver center (at .6 of an ounce) weighs much closer to 1/2 ounce than it does one ounce. Seller goes on to falsely state "these were 'GIVEN' to big winners ... and collectors could purchase them probably a lot more than the $10 face value."

My personal opinion is that the seller may have some credibility issues.
