you know it. If you have a license to dispense drugs, that's fine. If gambling is legal, so be it. Cigarettes are a legal product with no license required. What gives you the right to impose your preferences to other people. I am an ex-smoker, except for an occasional cigar. My wife has asthma. She cannot tolerate smoke. We deal with it without imposing our will on others. If a bar owner wants a smoke-free bar, that's his/her choice. The market will dictate whether that choice works. Like I said, the solutuion is real simple. Just make it illegal. Smoking bans are just the beginning. Wait til they limit the number of donuts you can buy at one time. Wait til they impose a fat tax on McDonalds. Just keep waiting, the government/libs will have you living your life just the way THEY want you to, whether you like it or not. Remember, they know best.
