misinterpretted my post. I don't think there should be a ban on smoking in any private interprise. It's a crock that I can open a bar, with my own money, sweat, and tears and then have the government tell me I can't allow a legal product. For all those who don't like smoke, stay out. Nobody is making you work there or patronize the bar. This nanny government sh!t if for the birds. The biggest backers of a smoking ban are the same ones whining about President Bush taking away their rights. What a joke. Like I said, if smoking is so bad, make it illegal. That won't happen because of the tax dollars involved.
