In my dealings with the HR Biloxi....I have noticed that if I call the cage early (10:00 am - 1:00pm) I get good information from the managers. (Unlike calling during the evening hours.)

But Mr. B is right during the pre-opening the dealers, pit bosses, etc helped in every way....not so much anymore.
