You know, what amazes me is the "different" stories we get here from let's say, the Hard Rock, Biloxi. When they first opened the doors, actually, a bunch of us went to the "pre-open" a few days before the big whoopla guitar smashing, etc. We bought over 3000 chips, new,from the cage before a hand was dealt in the casino, or, pretty close! (10am that day) They were so nice, very accomadating, and sold us chips for any and all. We bought Chris Daughtry chips, 100 of them for friends, and his concert was way later. Now, things have changed significantly. You call one shift, get this answer, call another, get another story, and so on. We like the place, but, over the different stories about chip releases, totally! Then, they have limits all of a sudden, next time, no limits, whatever. My beef is just tell us the truth! Make sure the staff knows the rules! It's not fair to them, and most important, the customer. This is a management issue, and needs to be addressed. We bought racks of new $1 chips from the poker room, no problem. A friend of ours had to make several trips, to just get some REO, AND STYX, chips a couple weeks ago. The "kicker" is, one of the guys with REO, was with him, now that's a long story for later. Sorry, done venting, for now, lol. Later all.
