Yikes...those people are REALLY industrious! When I was there, it was still dead center of the country. It makes sense though when you think about it, as Limon is already on the caribbean side.

Seriously though....maybe we refine the classification to Caribbean Islands. Then.... our criterion can we:

~An island
~At least some of it's shoreline on the caribbean
~Has gaming

Margarita Island could then be in the classification. After all, Venezuela is only 19 miles from Aruba. Something to think about.
