Sheldon, as I told you at the time, I politely emailed the seller immediately upon receipt of the book and was refunded/had Gene return the book for me all same day.
I believe you filed the ebay claim first and then emailed the seller (per our discussions)?
As I said in our emails, I figured the most that would be achieved was a refund, so there was no point being nasty until that was achieved.
In fact, if you check my feedback, you will see the seller left me a positive several days later.
