On 9/27/07 I purchased, what I thought was new information. regarding illegal casino chips. When I found out that it was copy of Ed Hertel's great book I told the seller I was no longer interested and made a polite request for a refund.

Some of the sellers email replies are as follows:

" you chip club members are a pain i wish you would never bid my items"

" your fearless leader (email name) and starts a bunch of s--t you guys are a pain in the ass on chips you buy also."

" you chip club guys do not have near the power you would like to have or think you have"

" there are a lot of collectors out there that hate the chip club, so your letters back and forth will not effect me at all".

I have a 100 Percent Ebay performance but, I am willing to give that up, to bring this person to everyone's attention. The book was never received and my Paypal payment of $46.75 has not been refunded.

Have tried to notify Paypal but can't seem to locate the proper link. Does Paypal have a phone number where you can talk to a live person? Any help will be appreciated.
