Blue Chip Company in early days of start-up...
BCC has extreme Quality Control issues at start-up. Inlays are probably vinyl and under heat and pressure they do stretch. I this this is the same thing that happened with a chip Don Lueders was showing last week, where the inlay was stretched to an oval shape.
BCC seems to have corrected their problems and made a much better product. I believe this to be the starburst mold. They also have a seashell mold and currently have the Dunes house mold (under license) to make a quantity of "Dunes" home game sets (in the likeness of the Dunes Golf Course chips).
