The "T" looks a bit like the horns of a steer (a Texas longhorn??). My guess is that it is the Texas Country Club, or maybe Tyler Country Club, or some other CC beginning with a T. BTW, Tyler isn't too far from Dallas, is it?
The chips, as you can see, are from 1919. If it helps, they were delivered to the Sanger Brothers (distributors??).
Any guesses (with appropriate backup please)?
