We have a few of these caps. They are all cotton with a plastic sweat band inside and the back has elastic for tight fit. They are a bit small--won't fit Dean, but he wears large caps. Most have a bit of dust on the bill, but all are in new shape (never worn).

We got these from Pick after the Riverside closed, along with some other items. Pick could certainly be considered a character!
