your service to this country. I appreciate the sacrifice that all servicemen & women, past & present, have made for the benefit of this country and those of us that enjoy its freedoms.

With regards to your polical affiliation...I don't really care. I'm a voting Republican but will cast my vote for whomever I believe will better serve the needs of this country / state / city -- whether Democrat or Republican. In my opinion, there are good and bad in both parties and I will not (and have not) voted for a candidate strictly because of political affiliation. I have never quite understood the over-zealous strict "party-line" Republicans or Democrats, especially the attacks upon those of opposing political beliefs.

That being said, I do not agree with your thoughts that political and/or religious statements should not be posted on this BB...it's Greg's BB and a public forum -- if Greg wishes to change the rules associated with what you can or can't post, then I will abide. But in its current state, political and religious posts are allowed. I've just learned to pass over those posts and, while those posts that are intelligently constructed may be cause for consideration, the majority certainly will not influence my ideologies or my vote.
