It was open from from 1975 to 1990, located at 83 J.E. Irasquin. It is now the Occidental. They still use chips which say the Allegro. The whole rack of the chip you bought was purchased by Nevada Jacks, and several ebay sellers have been selling them one after the other. I will win one of them eventually. They have a number of Americana chips, but not all of them.
