Hi - We are new to the Chip Board and E-Bay so I have found this site very helpful. We did purchase two chips from 1998raymond on E-Bay and the quality was okay. They had normal wear but were not like what you got. They were from Imperial Palace and the numbers were #300150982275 and #300151229943. If this helps in your complaint, feel free to use them.

Most of the people we have dealt with on E-Bay have been honest, truthful and dependable. There have been only 2 times when we have purchased chips that were not properly identified and we have steered clear of these individuals.

It would be great if there was an on going list of the "Buyer Beware" sellers on E-Bay for all buyers to take advantage of.
