I think one of the best things Trump does is the inclusion of popular restaurant chains - Hard Rock at the Taj, Hooters at Marina, and Rainforest Cafe at the Plaza.

A smart casino should have a buffet for the traditional "buffet bargain" fans, high-end unique restaurants, and something familiar for the less adventurous. From my limited experience, Trump has that third group covered.
